Our Conveyancing department has always been busy – with recent months being busier than ever means we need to recruit an experienced conveyancing fee earner who wants to join our team. We pride ourselves in delivering high quality client care and know you do too.
We have invested heavily in technology, which means we can provide services to our clients both from the office and virtually. Our team rota allows for part office and home based, ensuring we continue to stay COVID secure. We also have dedicated admin support from our conveyancing paralegals and client support team.
You probably have a minimum of 2 years fee earning experience in a similar organisation. Able to demonstrate a good billing record and working in a client focussed team.
The role is about managing the complete conveyancing client journey. From taking instructions; engaging with clients and third parties either by phone, email, face to face to provide advice and assistance; chasing various documentation, ID, mortgage offers and searches; managing with post exchange and completions processes and administration. Using our state-of-the-art Case Management system and utilising in-house systems and processes in managing your workload.
