Charlene joined Viewpoint Hill & Abbott in March 2021 as our Head of Conveyancing, having previously practiced across Kent and Essex. Charlene qualified as a solicitor in 2016 having studied at the University of Essex and BPP Law School.
Charlene has over 8 years of extensive experience dealing in all matters relating to residential and commercial conveyancing, including sales, purchases, new build, plot sales, granting of new leases, lease extensions (both statutory and non-statutory), transfer of equities and re-mortgages.
Charlene’s passion from an early age was to be a solicitor. Her desire to help people is at the heart of everything she does. Her friendly, collaborative style with her open-door policy means that she builds happy, productive teams.
Charlene prides herself on her strong sense of professionalism and client care together with her ability to form lasting relationships with our clients, which is reflected in her long-standing client relationships.
