Grievances are concerns that an employee has at work like,
- work they are being asked to do,
- pay or the way they are being treated
Most matters can be dealt with informally but occasionally an employee will need to raise a formal grievance. We can advise employees on how best to do this.
If you are unhappy with the outcome of any grievance they should be given the right to appeal.
